The Soul Food Women’s Circle is for women who desire to connect with other women over food and well-being for the purpose of celebrating yourself as you are. No weight loss requirements. No self-help book purchases. No list of must-do’s.
We’ll gather weekly and focus on 3 elements:
- Healthy Food: together we’ll create delicious snacks from fresh, organic ingredients (no experience necessary; promise!).
- Positive Discussion: each week’s topic will focus on positive self awareness and acceptance.
- Supportive Relationships: with ourselves and each other.
No cooking or group experience necessary; this is an All-Are-Welcome zone and cooking instruction is given in a relaxed, fun, and educational manner. Laughter is guaranteed!
