Join us in our 1911 craftsman kitchen and harvest, prepare, cook, and enjoy an organic 4-course meal, including artisan bread – all from scratch!

Your seasonal menu will feature Gorge-local ingredients. You’ll savor every bite as we relay stories of the small family farmers, fisher folk, and artisans who lovingly nurtured your food to ensure you experience a deeper connection with your meal and the agricultural delights of the Gorge.

Grilled Pork Chops + Balsamic Plum Reduction

Our recipes let our region’s ingredients speak for themselves. Nothing beats organic goodness seasoned and prepared simply within hours of harvest. You’ll taste the difference, trust us!

No experience necessary; we work alongside you and provide easy instruction and lots of laughs for a memorable evening you’ll not forget.

You will:

  • Meet and enjoy wonderful and interesting people like yourself;
  • Harvest fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruit from our beautiful gardens
  • Prepare a delicious, seasonal meal together in our custom 1911 craftsman kitchen with fun and easy instruction;
  • Break bread seated at our 100-year-old farm table in the garden, under the cedar, or indoors – guests choose.
