This fun, hands-on cooking experience is packed with adventure and story. You’ll harvest, prepare, cook, and enjoy a 4-course meal, including single batch, hand-made artisan bread!

Your seasonal menu will feature locally produced ingredients. You’ll savor every bite as we relay stories of the farmers, fisher folk, and artisans who lovingly nurtured your food to ensure you experience a deeper connection with your meal and the seasons of the Gorge.

No experience necessary; we work alongside you and provide easy instruction and lots of laughs for a memorable evening you’ll not forget.

Our recipes let our region’s ingredients speak for themselves. Nothing beats organic goodness seasoned and prepared simply within hours of harvest. You’ll taste the difference, trust us!

You will:

  • Choose your 4-course menu from a list of seasonal favorites;
  • Tour our garden and harvest fresh ingredients while learning of the Gorge’s culinary delights (available seasonally); 
  • Prepare a delicious meal in our custom 1911 craftsman kitchen;
  • Break bread seated in the garden, under the cedar, or in our rustic kitchen – your choice.

COST:  $75/pp

CLASS SIZE:  Up to 8 persons (4 minimum)

DATES:  Summer 2019 – nearly every Saturday (4:30-8:00pm, June – September)
